When our friends at Sonus Events contacted us with a unique idea for a COVID-Safe Christmas Grotto, our team got straight to work.
The idea was simple; children would take a magical journey to discover a secret portal, connecting them straight to Santa Claus for a live two-way conversation with the main man himself.
We designed and installed a control system which at the press of a hidden button would play a pre-recorded VT introduction, then seamlessly connect to Santa’s camera with two-way audio, and at the end run an outro video and guide guests to continue their journey through the rest of the attraction.
The attraction ran for 12 days with a constant throughput for 6 hours per day. Thousands of children experienced the attraction, with remote support provided by our skilled team.
